The Battery Temperature Sensor (BTS) is a replacement BTS designed for the Freedom 458 inverter/charger series. The sensor has a 15 foot cable attached and it mounts on a terminal post of a battery in a bank or on the side of a battery. It measures the temperate, which automatically adjusts voltage to help ensure full battery charge depending on the ambient temperature of your battery installation.
